Just make sure you don’t damage your product and its returned in the same condition it was sent. Beacon Imports stand behind our products and check each item before it is dispatched from the Beacon Warehouse.

Our commitment to you as our valued customer is to provide quality products and service to match. To do this we may obtain information from you so that we may provide specials and service offers of interest to you from time to time. Returns & Exchanges

Beacon Imports staff check all products before they are dispatched so that all items leave in faultless condition. If what you receive is not what you expected then it can be returned in saleable condition within 7 days for a full refund. For a full merchandise credit, please enclose your packing slip, noting on the front the reason for return, and ship the package pre-paid to:

We accept returns or exchanges in saleable condition so please take care to pack the product carefully and retain proof of dispatch. The goods must reach us within 10 days of their purchase for a full refund. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the person returning the merchandise. We will refund for the merchandise only unless the goods are broken in transit.

Delivery & Shipping

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Your parcel will be delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for. If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, a card will be left informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-dispatch. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

At present, estimated dispatch time is 3 to 10 business days. All goods are carried by Australia Post and charged at their standard rates.
